How it works

  1. Order everything — meat, sides and drinks — at your table.
  2. “Seokhwa” (石火) means stone and fire: a thick stone plate kept hot the whole meal, so the meat never touches an open flame. For international guests, our staff grill the beef from start to finish, so you don't have to worry about overcooking it.
  3. Finish with the Jeju sea snail & Hanwoo soybean stew or Fukui-style cold soba — our guests' favorite way to end the meal.

Payment: No need to pay first — pay when you leave. Payment is split into two: meat, and sides & drinks.
