Why Hanwoo for your first meal
We use only 1++ grade Hanwoo cow beef — striploin, chuck tender and brisket — wrapped in kelp and aged at 2°C, then fried-grilled on a hot stone plate coated with our own beef tallow. There is no table charge: you only pay for the meat and dishes you order.
